Reed Technology Leadership Practice (RTLP) are recruiting for a Senior Appointments Consultant to join our business, operating a permanent desk delivering Executive Search.

RTLP is the senior appointment business within Reed Technology delivering into leadership roles across IT, Digital and Business Transformation.

Established in September 2012 RTLP has gone from strength to strength and now in the top 10% of Reed businesses in terms of income per employee and are conducting 85% of our business on a retained basis.

Alongside our recruitment activities RTLP run The IT Leaders Forum, which has allowed us to create a strong network within our market via running a series of IT Leaders networking events and intimate roundtable discussions.

The key purpose of this role within Reed Specialist Recruitment is to generate income for Reed Technology Leadership Practice by developing business within a sector specialism of your preference.

Based out of our Birmingham office you will have remit across the whole of the UK and will be able to benefit from leveraging the relationships of a national branch network of 2000 consultants including 100 across our 10 regional Reed Technology sites. You will also be in a position to make revenue through surfacing opportunities for our own interim/contract consultants and your co-members across the other Reed specialisms.

What you will bring to the role:

-You will be results driven and have an appetite to take advantage of our uncapped commission structure to increase your earnings through hard work.

-You will have experience of a recruitment sales role, or a non-recruitment role where you have had to sell by developing relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level).

-You will have experience of both telephone based and face to face sales.

-You will have a strong customer service ethic and be accountable for maintaining the reputation and high quality service levels that have become synonymous with the Leadership Practice.

-You will have the ability to build strong internal relationships, which will allow you to benefit from the client relationships that already exist across the Reed branch network.

-Ideally you will have a prior understanding of the IT / Digital market place.
