An extremely exciting opportunity to join a well-established, highly successful recruitment business on the Healthcare Private Sector Division.
The company are a leading provider of nurses, healthcare assistants and support workers and focus entirely on nursing homes, residential care and supported living environments. As a business they concentrate on continuity of care and providing a professional service to clients. They have a reputation for quality and reliable staffing solutions.
This is an existing, volume desk. The aim of the role is to maximise existing client relationships and map the market to develop new ones. You will also have the task of maintaining and developing a large pool of candidates. This role is going to require a quick-thinker who can tackle the desk and hit the ground running. You will be joining a dynamic team within a very successful recruitment consultancy; therefore, you will have support in executing a proactive approach to maintaining relationships, recruitment sales and client retention. Duties include:
- Managing an existing portfolio of candidates and clients
- Interviewing, assessing and retaining candidates
- Ensuring all applicants are correctly qualified and compliant
- Advertising and marketing
- Business development and sales
- Visiting client premises
- Recruitment administration
Recruitment industry experience is essential for this role. You will be used to working on a busy temp desk with a proven track record in sales and client retention.
In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary which will be in line with your experience and an open-ended commission package. There are consultants within this business earning ??100,000+
A full UK driving licence is also essential.
