This brand, established just over 30 years ago have a core focus within IT and professional services recruitment and set their Newcastle branch up to deal specifically with clients based in the North East of England and Southern Scotland. Covering all aspects of IT recruitment, they are involved in some very notable project recruitment plans for high profile clients so although this is a 360 role, the Senior Recruitment Consultant will have a role in existing project wins and supply of senior level staff to larger branch clients. Highly profitable, this company are offering the Senior Recruitment Consultant a warm desk along with a basic salary of up to ??34,000 dependant on experience plus commission and package. The Senior Recruitment Consultant will have a solid background in 360 recruitment, we are open to your sector focus, but ideally are interested in speaking with consultants from a permanent professional services desk (if not IT, then finance/ Office Services/ HR/ Engineering White Collar/ Technical White Collar/ Built Environment or Retail HQ are all transferable specialisms). All consultants must be able to develop new client relationships as well as maintain focus with existing clients, and will have a solid background within candidate networking, search and active resourcing.
