Job Description

Basic salary up to ??35,000 + commission + progression routes to Managing Consultant

Are you an IT or permanent desk Recruitment Consultant with aspirations to develop your career to Divisional Manager/ Director within a boutique agency? Harrison Sands are working with a specialist staffing supplier to the IT and technical markets based in Redhill who are looking to expand their growing team with the addition of two experienced Consultants with the aim for them to grow and develop their careers within the agency on a structured development path.

Our client have a longstanding background of supplying into the IT sector, having been running for over 25 years. Operating as a boutique, this company see their Consultants as niche sector specialists, and encourage staff to operate on a consultative basis, so offer a mature and trustworthy working environment with no KPIs, call stats or activity spreadsheets. Consultants are encouraged to nurture long-term relationships with clients, and as such when you join them as a Recruitment Consultant they are also to offer you a desk with some warm client accounts already in place, with the expectation that you will be able to utilise your network and business development skills to further advance your client base.

Our client are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with experience of recruiting into the IT marketplace, we are open to whether this be permanent or contract and as to what area or specialism you have focused on as the core objective is to find Recruitment Consultants who are a good cultural fit and share the company's ethics and values, with a sound sector overview.

All applicants must have proven experience as a billing Recruitment Consultant and be able to demonstrate how you have managed repeat supply clients as well as won new business accounts. Ideally you will be currently supplying staff into the IT sector, although we are open to consultants with strong billings from other professional service sectors interested in transitioning their experience.
