Remuneration /Benefits:

?? ??18,000.00 to ??23,000.00 per annum

?? Results based personal Commission structure (OTE ??25,000 - ??35,000).

Experience Required:

?? Previous recruitment experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given.

?? Ability to demonstrate drive, self-motivation and competitiveness.

?? Previous Business to Business sales experience in a telesales or face to face environment.

?? Natural communicator with the ability to influence others.

?? Aptitude for pursuing opportunities and ultimately, to profit from them.

?? A full UK driving licence.

Job:

Recruitment consultants are responsible for business development with new clients along with account managing existing relationships, seeking to add value to, and profit from, filling permanent vacancies.

In return the successful applicants can expect to receive full on the job training and be paired with successful senior consultants to receive ongoing day to day guidance and tuition.

Key Accountabilities:

?? Business to Business sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking.

?? Visiting clients to build and develop positive relationships with them.

?? Develop a solid understanding of client companies, their industry and the market.

?? Autonomy and Time Management.

?? Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships.

?? Extensive use of Microsoft Office packages including Word and Excel.

?? Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression.

?? Negotiation of fees.

?? Working towards and exceeding targets
