OTE: Uncapped to 30%

Our client is located in central London and is a highly respected and established recruitment specialist. They currently operate across multiple professional markets and are opening new locations due to demand and growth forecasts for the coming year. The business has a mature approach and actively encourages a healthy work-life balance. The London office opened in 2017 and has quickly become established within the local marketplace.
They are wishing to appoint a Recruitment Consultant to work within the busy Financial Services Perms Division. You will be responsible for developing the database, selling your services to businesses within your designated geographical area whilst achieving both activity and financial targets set. The senior management team can offer support and there is scope for personal growth within this branch.
Communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management and professionalism are all qualities needed to succeed in this role.
You will be a natural problem solver who has ambition and has proved to be capable and loyal.
