Recruitment Consultant- Qualified Social Work

Leeds city centre

Basic salary up to ??25,000 + immediate commission earnings + package.

Harrison Sands have a HOT desk open in Leeds city centre for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our client, a specialist qualified healthcare recruiter on their Qualified Social Work temps desk. This is a desk which is already hugely successful and will see the chosen Recruitment Consultant inheriting a large group of existing clients as well as a pool of loyal temps, which through recommendations within the temps pool can easily be increased. Due to the strong performance of this desk the chosen consultant will be eligible for immediate commission earnings. This is also a company who offer a lot of training and development for their consultants as well as a good career path and structured salary reviews and promotion opportunities.

Essential experience: We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 year experience recruiting qualified temps within a healthcare or care setting. Ideally you will have an understanding of Qualified Social Work, although we are open to applications from nursing, medical or locums recruitment. All applicants must have the ability to work at pace, manage a multi client temps desk and have a personable and a relate-able working manner with the ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and temps. All applicants must also be able to run job board boolean searches and advertise vacancies as well as send database mail shots.
