They have a wealth of experience working with pharmaceutical companies and healthcare communications agencies in all areas of marketing and communications - from PR and medical education, to advertising, design and digital.

As such, it's vital that they know these industries inside-out - which is why they need your input.
The 180 Recruitment Consultant must understand every aspect of the candidate experience. Picking up leads and qualifying the calibre of these candidates, you will prove instrumental in furthering our impressive in-house database. From actively headhunting talent that has previously gone under our radar to forging close relationships with candidates who are ready to take the next step in their career, you will be by their side as we explore the best opportunities for them. When contingency clients brief them, you will work with potential candidates who are already on their books to ensure they buy into the role, and you will look beyond their existing knowledge base to hunt out individuals who would be an asset to their partners. Creating long-lists of these candidates, you will conduct initial meetings and interviews, and you will maintain contact with those on their database - ensuring they are the first person they call when they would like to investigate new opportunities.
The 360 Recruitment Consultant will have the same as mentioned for the 180 Recruitment Consultant, but in addition will have good business development and account management skills. Must be comfortable making canvass calls as well as meeting clients and prospects face to face. You will be given autonomy to what suits you best.
You may come from a similar recruitment industry with a good track record, and have shown longevity with your current employer(s).
