Hospitality and Catering Recruitment Consultant
Simple Recruitment Services Ltd. are recruiting for a Consultant to manage the Hospiality and Catering Desk in their Southampton Branch.
Simple are seeking an experienced industry professional to build upon a warm Desk managing exsisting accounts plus the opportunity to grow the desk and department further.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with all the benefits associated in such roles to include a basic salary of ??21000.00 to ??23000.00 plus an uncapped bonus structure and an opportunity to develop existing skills and qualities with a little help to find some new ones.
The Department will support Clients with temporary staffing solutions on an ad hoc basis as well as permanent recruiting solutions.
Office hours are between 8am and 5pm but the business can be flexible to meet the business / candidates needs.
Duties of the role include but are not exclusive to -
Sourcing and managing Candidates
Building the desk via Client acquisition
Ensuring 100% compliance and best practice
Completing payroll on a weekly basis
Building the desk around your business
This role would suit a Candidates from an exsisting recruitment role or from a hospitality and catering background with proven experience in recruiting and managing staff in industry.
Good communication skills are essential to effectively manage Candidates and Clients alike coupled with a sound upstanding of the local market place.
Access to own transport would be beneficial but not essential.
