This business isn't aiming to for a headcount of 50 in Leeds. It isn't focussed on offering trips to Vegas or on being a Friday night millionaire creator. It is firmly positioned as a niche, boutique search firm that adds genuine value to its clients.
For you - you'll get the most nurturing and robust support to transition from contingent or semi-search into a full, retained headhunter. You can focus 100% on candidates and have an unbelievable amount of data at your fingertips, research covered, admin hell taken away from you ??? You will have access to the right people for the assignments you have and, whilst you get up to speed, full support to follow a proper headhunt process.
The fees are upwards of ??25k each and will afford you huge bonus potential and give you the opportunity to elevate how you work and the levels of business you have access to.
To be considered, you'll need to be working in perms recruitment and have the desire to upskill to search, be comfortable working at c-suite and be able to use your commercial awareness and empathy in all elements of the role.
