Vohs&Co Recruitment is a family owned agency with over 5 years' experience in the Fashion and Retail industry. Working closely with many of the leading high street retailers, brands and suppliers/wholesalers covering the following sectors Design, Technical & Production, Buying & Merchandising, Digital Ecommerce & Marketing, Retail Operations, Sales and Shopfitting Interior Design.

Due to incremental growth we are actively recruiting for an ambitious Recruitment Consultants to develop their own desk at Vohs&Co by maintaining existing accounts, developing new business and resourcing for suitable candidates across Digital, Ecommerce and Marketing or Retail Operations and Beauty.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Developing your own desk by establishing new business across your area
  • Advertising and resource for suitable candidates through 3rd Party websites, LinkedIn and Social Media channels
  • Interviewing suitable candidates - qualify, requalify and prepare the candidate for interview for their opportunity
  • Manage, maintain and meet potential candidates
  • Manage, maintain and meet potential clients with Directors
  • Updating our web based CRM system Bullhorn
  • Collaboration with in house operations to ensure job coverage and exposure
  • Working to a structured time frame/day ensuring all parts of the 360 recruitment is covered
  • Keeping abreast of industry insight and news

Key Requirements:-

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience within a Sales sector.
  • Ambition to develop your own desk and have autonomy
  • Excellent communication with a great telephone presence
  • Sales and Business Development driven
  • The ability to work as a team
  • Organised and efficient at all times
  • Intuitive and empathetic
  • Ambitious and driven to succeed with a good work ethic
