My client based in Burton are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Consultant to join them on a 6 month FTC contract.

The role acts as the main point of contact for all clients, throughout the initial enquiry and application process. Your professionalism and quality of communication will ensure all interested parties receive the best possible experience. This is a customer facing/contact role providing key support and advice for the field recruitment team.

Key Accountabilities:

• Critically assess the suitability of potential applicants through screening and telephone interview methods.

• Establish and match Applicant requirements, ensuring that the Applicant and Operations team expectations are effectively managed throughout the process.

• Effectively manage relationships with potential Applicants to support them through the end to end letting process.

• Manage communication at all levels to provide the best possible letting experience for both internal and external customers.

• Securely and sensitively collate personal and financial documentation.

• Working closely with Recruitment Executive and PDM to ensure the Applicant receives first class experience from the initial application through to interview, offer/agreement stage,

• Support and communicate regional attraction events, recruitment days, and where applicable support the Recruitment Executive / PDM in these events.

• Consistently review your talent bank to match applicants to the right opportunities.

• Attending Punch road shows, open days when required.

• Manage communication and reporting needs at all levels to provide the best experience for both internal and external customers.

Skills required:

• Experienced in either Recruitment Sales, Property Sales or Lettings

• Has a strong commercial background

• Experience of working in a fast paced environment

• Ideally experience of screening and interviewing techniques or a demonstrable ability to learn

• Good customer and supplier relationship management skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

• Driving License

• Exceptional communication, both verbal and written

• Effective candidate management

• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment

This role is initially a 6 month FTC, with a view of this role becoming permanent in the future.
