Cute Resource Solutions is a boutique recruitment agency, working closely with a select group of businesses to provide the right people for their organisations.

We are looking to add to our business and are seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly team. We have premises in both Bristol and Weston/Somerset, so you will be based out of one of these offices.

What will you be doing?

With training, and support from the team, you will be doing the following;

  • Working within a team to manage the recruitment requirements of our key accounts
  • Writing job adverts and using online tools to post and drive traffic to the ads
  • Meeting prospective candidates via phone & face to face to screen against set criteria
  • Providing advice to our clients on salaries, available skills and labour market forces
  • Writing supporting documentation on behalf of candidates for submission to clients
  • Meeting daily and weekly deadlines
  • Managing the recruitment process from candidate selection through to start date
  • Arranging and attending interviews
  • Arranging and attending client meetings both on and off site
  • Detailing all candidate administration, compliance & documentation
  • Using local knowledge and research to head-hunt & attract passive candidates
  • Attending local business networking and charity events
  • Supporting the Manager and Director with resourcing projects
  • Supporting the Manager and Director with resourcing projects
  • Getting involved with Marketing Campaigns and initiatives
  • Supporting with generating new business and leads
  • The role requires an understanding of professional interviewing and candidate selection techniques (which for the right candidate we will provide full training on)

The right candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Has excellent communication skills demonstrated both verbally and written
  • Enjoys dealing with people - is naturally interested, friendly & sociable
  • Builds great relationships and puts people at ease
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload, can problem solve and use their own initiative
  • First class IT skills, proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • A quick learner, articulate, personable and able to react well to change
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career with a forward thinking and pro-active organisation
  • Experience working in an office environment, within a sales support role, would be beneficial but not essential
