With that in mind and due to internal promotion we are now on the look out to expand our fun and vibrant team with an experienced Recruitment Account Manager. Where you will be tasked with managing a large scale account, where you will be given the opportunity to make this account your own! A great opportunity for purely a Recruitment Account Management role with NO SALES!

Role Overview

* Manage a portfolio of accounts - build strong relationships and exceed client expectations to ensure client satisfaction

* Candidate attraction, engagement and retention through superior service level

* Attend client and candidate meetings

* Managing candidate's performance and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that clients and candidates are consistently satisfied.

* Delivering against service level agreements.

* Assisting with HR and Payroll enquires

* Population of hours

* Completing inductions and site visits

* Working towards key performance targets.

Skills and Experience

* Previous Recruitment and Account Management Experience

* Strong background in administration ideally a sound knowledge Microsoft Excel

* Have the ability to forward plan recruitment activity

* People & Client management skills

* Excellent attention to detail along with great Diplomacy skills

* Able to work towards deadlines in a timely manner

* Excellent reactive skills

* Experience working in a fast pace role in a busy team

* Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage with people, comfortable with presenting ideas and views, able to constructively challenge, probe and offer an alternative perspective in discussions

* Excellent telephone manner
