About the opportunity
We’ll look to you to define the global Talent Acquisition process strategy, drive best practice and enforce quality standards. At the same time, you’ll define requirements for the technology we need to support strategy delivery.
You’ll be an important member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, and be the main point of contact for HRIS, Group Assessment and Reward. Your role will see you work with them on requirements, and take responsibility for Global Talent Acquisition policies around the world. In addition, you’ll coach our Group Leaders and senior leadership teams.
You will have a degree or equivalent and significant experience in Talent Acquisition processes and policy. Your records of effective strategic partnering will be key, as will your analytical thinking and digital fluency. Self-aware and with a group mindset, you will have good judgement, common sense and global understanding.
Beyond this, you’ll be adept at applying business acumen and linking talent acquisition to improved results. You’ll also put the customer and business strategy at the heart of every decision you make, and have the confidence to guide leaders and drive value-added solutions. If you have a background in a highly-matrixed global organization, that would be ideal.
