Labour & Trades National Divisional Manager
Labour & Trades Divisional Manager/Director designate.
This award winning, UK and international Recruitment Consultancy has a rare opportunity for career oriented Labour & Trades recruitment specialists. If you are a consummate blue-collar supplier, with experience of managing other blue-collar consultants and are looking to make the next step into national divisional management then this is a tailor-made role.
Supplying predominantly Tier 1 and Tier 2 Civil engineering contractors from a small but strategically located network of UK offices and operations in Ireland, Australia and New Zealand, this firm is established for over twenty five years.
They have won several supply contracts recently including projects such as the M6 expansion. Success is due not only to their track record in supplying major and medium sized civils projects but also because Clients like the values of the firm and all EDI and Contractor Well-being activities they provide. With several packages due to be let on major infrastructure projects such as HS2, they are seeking someone to lead and develop their blue-collar supply capability. As well as day-to-day operations, they will look for the successful candidate to design and implement growth strategies for their blue collar supply and the right individual will unlock a huge capital and human-capital investment from the Board. What is not required is someone who simply wants to hire new headcount, drive in costs and give themselves an "easy life". This firm wants someone with greater business acumen, who is up for a challenge but must be a hands-on, true leader, not a behind the scenes manager. The team is relatively small now, but despite the above, investment will be provided for growth.
It's a tough and demanding challenge, but the rewards could be stunning.
A six figure package is on offer from the start, but it is the longer term opportunities for the right candidate that should entice applications.
