Additionally they have innovative commission structure which are linked to your base salary. Base salaries are bespoke individually depending on your level of experience and how far you are prepared to back yourself to deliver the best recruitment service (i.e finding candidates the best jobs, and filling Clients jobs with the best available candidates - it's not rocket science here!) and make sales.
