Owned and run by a consummate professional, they are exercising their strategic plan which has already seen them open one branch this year, is opening two further ones before the end of 2018 and is increasing its headcount in it's three further existing branches.

Their Sheffield operation currently consists of a headcount of ten. Five work on perm and five work on temp supply. Three of these work on resourcing candidates solely to ensure delivery to a loyal and growing group of clients.

Scope exists for a Billing Manager to run any one of the following desks:

  • Labour & Trades Main Contractors
  • Labour & Trades Civil Engineering Contractors
  • White Collar Temps Main Contractors
  • White Collar Temps Residential Developers
  • Perm Civils
  • Perm F.M.

Working alongside the current Regional Director who is in the process of opening up two further branches, there lies the opportunity for real autonomy for those whos ambition lie in managing and developing people.

As a long established company they have a post-GDPR cleansed database of in excess of 225,000 relevant candidates; they have access to all the latest and most apposite candidate boards and job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter licences, social media management.

Perm commission schemes have very low thresholds and pay up to 25% for £20k+ GP, and temp commission starts at 10% with no thresholds!
