A brilliantly successful, privately owned Agency based in Leeds with a Midlands associate branch have had six very successful years since inception.

Primarily operating in the Civil Engineering contracting market, they are a hugely profitable and highly successful consultancy. They have a team of 25, and consultants regularly bill at least £200,000 per annum, with higher performers achieving in excess of £400,000 GP per annum.

They operate mainly in the 'white-collar' Production and Commercial space in the Civils sector supplying over 250 Contractors to blue chip and SME contractors across the Pennines.

Strategically, they are ready to develop their scope of supply to new, associated markets. They are therefore looking for a talented, ambitious, driven, service-oriented Construction Recruitment Team Leader who has passion for:

  • Developing new business
  • Fulfilling orders to make Clients experiences exceed their expectations
  • Motivating and driving fellow consultants
  • Developing the sills of team members
  • Sharing in success

The business is seeking to enhance their service offerings in the following ways:

  1. Supply Main Building Contractors with managerial (Production & Commercial) contractors.
  2. Increase the business GP derived for Perm introductions across all sectors of supply.
  3. Increase the 'blue collar' Labour, Trades and Plant Operatives to the new Build division.

As would be expected, on top of a competitive base salary, commission is generous and increases incrementally, and as well as being paid monthly is further enhanced by quarterly commission, managerial over-ride and a host of other benefits of working with this firm.
