A rare opportunity for Construction Recruitment Consultants with managerial aspirations or current Team Leader experience in Construction Recruitment. The company is a thriving and ambitious organisation which has an existing network of branches across southern England.

Existing business is generated from a mixture of larger PSL Clients, several company-wide Key Clients and other SMEs with whom the company has bespoke trading agreements. There is is so much opportunity for increasing the Client base; there is scope for a Team Leader who has business development skills.

You could be currently operating either on a Blue or White collar desk. This could be in Main Contracting, Civils, Sub-contracting, Social Housing, M&E or Residential Development. Applications are welcomed from Construction Recruitment professionals who operate in and have a preference for either permanent or contract/temp supply.

The current offices has space for a team of up to fifteen people, including the regional Support Staff, and is located on the outskirts of Exeter, convenient for commuting without encountering the rush-hour traffic. On-site free parking is available.

This company genuinely offers market-leading personal commission. There are also lifetime overrides for team members and new trainees developed and integrated into the team. Additionally, Partnership is available to the successful candidate. This can give immediate potential returns on the annualised profit share related to the branch performance. Similarly there is profit share from the group on offer.

This role is to head-up the existing team members but day-to-day they do not need a great deal of hands-on management. With a successful delivery and implementation of the ambitious strategic business plan, this role will develop into a more people-management-and-development role. For individuals who have medium term aspirations to develop into an Executive role, this is a brilliant opportunity to make your mark. Reporting into the Regional Director, and with the company National Accounts Director being based in the South West, there is ample senior support, but this is coupled with autonomy to manage your own diary and influence your team.
