• Recruitment of Career Counselors for various areas
• Screening of candidates to recognize high-potential motivated talents
• Proactive communication with candidates through common and extraordinary ways
• Carrying out interviews by telephone and face-to-face
• Increasing responsibility: Taking on additional process steps and independent projects for optimizing recruiting
• Business studies with a focus on human resources, alternatively commercial training
• One to two years experience in recruiting, preferably from sales profiles
• Practice in the conduct of telephone interviews
• Ideally, knowledge in Direct Search
• Communication skills and independence
