The Person:
You will be a well presented, credible individual with strong communication skills.  You will already have had success of growing a perm division; a genuine interest in the HR market is important but previous experience of recruiting within Human Resources is not essential.  You must be highly motivated, driven by results and looking to secure a long term career!  Plus, committed to providing an outstanding service!

The Role:
This role will be hands on billing whilst developing the perms HR team that specialise within C&I.  This is an established division with a HOT desk that handles core HR roles up to £50k in pharma, healthcare, travel, transport and logistics.  You will be responsible for growing the HR C&I clients.  This is a very lucrative market, there is huge potential!
