Regional Manager - Construction

In less than ten years, since their inception this firm has grown to a £120,000,000 turnover, with eleven offices, nearly 100 staff and their expansion plans, although measured and sustainable, don't stop there.
Their London branch, which they wish to develop into their flagship office, requires an operational Regional Manager to oversee their Construction Recruitment Consultants and develop the existing team with a brief to maximise these consultants capabilities and fee generation and grow the business. There is space for over thirty consultants, & strategically planned investment budget to finance the investment; when this company sets it mind to achieve goals, historically it has done so.
To be considered for this role, candidates will have a demonstrable track record of:
- Managing and developing the performance of a team of Recruitment Consultants, from Trainee's to Principle Consultants
- Have proof of their own personal billings, which will demonstrate their own capabilities in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role
- Currently, or recently have been operating in the Construction/Built Environment recruitment markets, either in the blue collar or white collar supply
- Have a real desire to progress in their career and be rewarded for their results
