This fantastic company currently has a role for an experienced Labour & Trades Recruitment Consultant who can take advantage of the extremely generous commission scheme offered: there are no commission thresholds, and commission earnings start at 10% and rises to a very generous 35%.

The successful candidate will start by managing a small but growing existing team of consultants who are just crying out for guidance and development. They already are billing successfully, but there is no doubt that the team members potential would be enhanced by the guidance, support and management of an ambitious existing producer who is itching to get into management, or from someone who already can demonstrate their people management skills and who are already working in construction recruitment, ideally, though not essentially in blue-collar supply to main and sub contractors.

Working in cool brick-vaulted offices, 20 seconds from the nearest tube station (zone 1), this company was established in 2010 and has developed an enviable reputation organically growing from its initial establishment as an FM & Building Services agency, branching into main contracting, social housing, and consulting engineering and design.

Their labour and trades business has grown from having strong relationships with key personnel at Clients who already use their services for white collar contract and permanent recruitment, so desks are already 'warm' at worst or hot.
