Are you a London based Recruiter interested in working for a pure play construction specialist?

This specialist recruiter has been established for over 15 years and work closely with most of the top tier clients in the UK. You will have access to key stakeholders in the UK's top 20 construction companies and will have senior roles to fill instantly and there is an existing team of four consultants to inherit in London. 

This is a rare management role that does not involve building out a new offering/division as this business has amazing relationships with clients that include Galliford Try, Crest Nicholson, Kier, Persimmon, Bowmer & Kirkland, Hill Partnership, ISG, Barratt and Berkeley Group. They are investing a significant amount in the white collar permanent team and appointing an experienced manager is key to developing the current offering in to a market leading division. As an experienced recruiter and manager of consultants you will have your pick of desk and will be responsible for development of the existing team and have a budget to increase the headcount to a team of 10 over the year.

With your proven experience of permanent construction appointments, you will need the desire and ambition to lead, motivate and grow a great team that will focus on specialist sectors and work closely with the growing freelance team. You will be given the opportunity to set strategy, targets and incentives and be actively involved in developing existing relationships with key contacts and clients. Whilst you would be expected to bill, your key focus and rewards will be based on the development and growth of the permanent division with a clear route to promotion to Associate Director.

The rewards for this role are considerable and you can expect to achieve the following.
