Joining this elite global search firm will gain you access to some of the world's leading firms and Board Level decision makers - many of whom have a preferred relationship with this group, enabling you to create relationships with exciting brands and in turn manage high profile search assignments for HR leadership roles across the UK & Europe. Focused on generating and managing search assignments for senior level HR professionals across several industries, you will put your existing knowledge of this space to full use, bringing high quality career opportunities to the industry's best professionals while leveraging the existing relationships in place across their other multiple practices area (Banking, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Technology and more.

With the support of an un-rivalled suite of tools and platforms you will win assignments more easily than ever before, supported by a large team of Resourcing & Delivery staff and specialist Coaches, Analysts and Project Managers to assist you with your work. As part of a large practice spanning EMEA you will build your own loyal market in both the UK and some European zones leveraging your previous experiences and those of this group to assert your position as the preferred Search Partner of choice with clients in the region.

Immediate exploratory interviews are offered to candidates with the following attributes and experiences:

  • Previous track record as a Search Consultant with an executive search firm or senior level HR within a contingency firm
  • Previous background within a HR discipline 
  • First class client communication skills - both written and oral 
  • Educated to minimum of Degree level
  • Stable billing track record
