Are you stuck on a desk that is perhaps too small, you feel constantly harassed by KPI's and there is no clear option to step up into management? Then this role could be the solution. This leading brand in London offers an office support desk with such a wide remit you would never have to worry about internal competition again WITH the chance to step up into management immediately!

Credible and vibrant, this firm operate a collaborative working culture where Consultants constantly pass over client and candidate leads whilst promoting the other core specialisms (accountancy, finance, technology and legal). With the support of a well-known independent name behind you, cold calling could be a thing of the past. With a relaxed and outgoing office environment, this business has a seriously refreshing approach to doing recruitment with great work/life balance.

This firm's love for recruitment and their level of expertise have enabled them to build up a huge database of loyal clients and candidates. Leading a team of three Consultants focused exclusively on a portfolio of not for profit clients (already established), you will naturally have a bigger desk due to having a larger slice of the market. As a Managing Consultant you will have the choice to focus on either temp or perm. Working alongside 2 temps Consultants who currently bill around £16k each per month and a Junior Recruiter, this is an established team for you to own and lead. If you are a perms Consultant, you will have the opportunity to leverage their relationships for perm requirements.

Working with the best brand names in the business has its own obvious advantages but as well as this, you will benefit from some cutting edge resourcing tools and working side by side with some true recruitment experts. If you want to focus less on traditional business development but still see yourself as a motivated and ambitious Recruiter, then this firm will invest their time in developing you.

So if it’s time for you to step up and take away the frustrations of KPI management, access great personal development and join a business where most vacancies are incoming – this is an opportunity worth exploring.

If you can demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment within an office support or commercial related market, then this friendly team will welcome you with open arms and can offer you:

  • £30,000 - £45,000 base salary
  • 30% commission
  • Great incentives, away days and lunches
  • Work / life balance - early finish one day a week
  • Free gym membership
  • 25 days holiday
  • Tailored career progression plan into Senior Management
