For you the Consultant this means warm client accounts, steady job flow and access to great coaching as well as access to a well researched candidate database and advanced resourcing tools. What's more, as this is a privately owned firm (although a very successful one) the profits from the company are not constantly paid out to shareholders. Instead they are continually reinvested into the company. It also means staff gain better rewards than almost any other agency in the region (you can earn up to 50% of your billings with commission starting at 20%!) - so not only is it easier to make placements here but you are rewarded at a higher level too!

If you have some experience in recruitment already, ideally in HR or Finance but other markets are happily considered, but seek a smarter way to work, a more supportive team and greater rewards you must get in touch.

If you can demonstrate at least six months in recruitment you can achieve:

  • Salary £22,000 - £25,000
