Divisional Manager - Qualified & Senior Finance

As a respected brand in accountancy & finance recruitment in London, this firm already have a Thames Valley client portfolio that is developed and live. This role will see you become the Manager of the Thames Valley business with instant headcount of 3 or 4 Consultants. With a great deal of autonomy to develop and lead your team in your own style you will have far greater freedom than is typically enjoyed in a more corporate environment. You will also benefit from being mentored by a genuinely engaging and inspirational MD and CEO who will make it their mission to help you achieve a Directorship with equity.
While you will have instant access to a portfolio of existing commerce & industry clients across Thames Valley you will need to further segment and develop your client and candidate networks – offering a blend of temp, perm and retained solutions. Your immediate focus will be to build a team of 4 Recruiters (temp and perm) around you so your office can effectively deliver a high-quality service to those clients. You won't find it hard to attract great talent to your team either - the rewards available for Consultants are really strong, the rewards and incentives are regular and include global trips away and the office environment is one of success – using the existing client and candidate database, you will implement a rapid client and candidate development plan for the team to build brand awareness.
With the freedom to decide whether you focus on temp or perm placements, you will also be armed with great back office support, resourcing tools and leadership team (and by the way if you want to be mentored by an Entrepreneur instead of Managed this will be an enlightening experience).

Managers with expertise within the qualified finance sector and proven ability to manage and develop Consultants can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary £40,000 to £60,000
- 30% - 35% commission
