Are you a Recruitment Consultant in London seeking a richer experience in HR? If so, a leading elite HR recruitment consultancy is now looking for a Recruitment Consultant experienced in placing freelance professionals, to join their award winning team. Due to team expansion as a result of continued growth in market share, a large and thriving temps desk has been split to allow for a more manageable workflow. This allows you to instantly inherit a large number of long-standing client relationships and temp candidate history and data - if you want to make a move in HR recruitment you couldn't be better set up than with this team.

Working closely with a long established network of clients spanning all areas of Commerce & Industry you will manage mid to senior level HR interim / freelance roles across all HR disciplines. As this firm operate in such a consultative way with their clients and candidates, you will need to be a Recruiter that enjoys truly advising the industry. So alongside regular job management and candidate sourcing strategies you will also be someone with an informed opinion on current issues with the world of HR. You will enjoy socialising and networking with your wider HR population, providing insight, advice and opinion as a true expert.

Experienced HR Recruiters with a track record for building and maintaining a busy temps desks will be offered an immediate and exploratory meeting with the Director of this firm and can expect to achieve:

* £30,000 - £48,000 base salary
* Up to 40% comm
* Guarantee for first 3 - 6 months depending on track record
