Both the UK & US market in particular is very strong for both contingency and retained solutions which is why they now seek a dedicated Team Manager to take over a perm team of 3 Consultant with full backing to develop this into a much larger division.
This role will see you join the leadership team and you will be given a transparent set of goals to achieve a Directorship with equity. If you are a proven Senior or Principal Consultant or perhaps an existing Team Manager in procurement or similar sector such as Finance, seeking greater scope, then this firm would love to meet you. If successful you can expect to achieve:
- Salary £40,000 - £50,000
- Commission 25% - 40%
