This opportunity is open to an experienced Senior Consultant looking to step up into managing or proven Managers looking to join a more flexible and relaxed firm without compromising on earnings or routes to progress.
Working with an established collection of clients, you will be taking the lead of a team of 3 Consultants all running established desks. With instant access to these client relationships, whether you focus on temp or perm placements you will be able to make instant placements and as a result be earning quick commission (25% of all billings).
With the Directors of this business coming from strong Executive Search backgrounds and experienced in working for larger corporate businesses, the culture here is really different to what you might expect. The quality of the work carried out rivals that of a search practice, but is much pacier and the turn around for projects is much more like a typical contingent agency. Recruiters with a minimum of 3 years of experience can expect to achieve:
- Basic salary to £50,000 depending on experience
- 25% commission of all billings - no threshold and no catches
