Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant - HR Perms

This high-performing and busy team operate completely differently to the rest of the market - the allow their Consultants to operate with true autonomy. As a long-standing partner to the HR industry they have amassed a large client network spanning Technology, Retail, Property, Media, Engineering and more. They now seek a Consultant (or Senior) to come in and leverage these existing relationships. The working environment is very relaxed, no KPI chasing or over-bearing management - but Consultants are given a huge degree of freedom to pick which area of HR they specialise in, and the hours they work (you can work from home and you can choose when your day starts). Their success is reflected in the number of awards and accolades they have accumulated.
Taking over an existing perms desk, you will get the chance to take advantage of their huge database and exceptional resourcing and marketing tools. Because of their extensive senior level connections, a love for networking and building rapport is a must here. Consultants that work in the larger corporate firms will often find that they do not get to keep their client relationships if they move on - that is not the case here! These relationships will always be yours to hold on to. Because of their successful consultative approach that they have invested in their industry, traditional business development is non-existent here - they relationships they build and their integral approaches mean that every connection they make becomes either a client or a candidate at some stage - it's all about quality and value add.
With an autonomous culture, you won't find strict desk management or constant KPI updates, but you will instead be coached by amazing leadership, be given the best tools, resources and training in order to succeed. You will also join a professional and really fun-loving team that express the importance of having fun whilst they work.
Consultants with at least 12 months of experience in HR recruitment, will be offered an initial exploratory meeting and can expect to achieve:
- Salary £30,000 - £40,000
- Commission to 30%
- 22 days annual leave
