We’re now looking for a Client Relationship Manager to move from a traditional recruitment consultancy role to one that focuses on advertising and technology sales and reoccurring revenue.
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with creating sales of our recruitment software and forging opportunities for our recruitment advertising solutions.
In this exciting role, you’ll be moving away from your recruitment background and will focus on sales of advertising and software solutions.
We’ve created a strong advertising portfolio backed up by expertise and in-depth know-how which has delivered results for hundreds of satisfied clients. We have also now developed our own ATS (applicant tracking system), named Fusion, which is a quickly implementable, off-the-shelf product which can be scaled and customised to meet customer needs.
Both our advertising and software are proving incredibly popular with our client base and new clients are coming on board on a daily basis. The environment you’ll join is fast-paced and our ever-developing software means that there are new selling points every month.
We’re seeking creative and passionate sales people to join us and drive forward our solutions. To be part of our winning team, you’ll need:
- Recruitment consultancy experience with the desire to take your skills and apply them to a new area
- A strong work ethic with an ‘above and beyond’ mentality
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence and obtain buy-in from others
- Up to £30,000 basic DOE
- A high value commission scheme (OTE up to £70,000)

You’ll be joining a lively, open-plan office and will be challenged to achieve volume-based targets. There’s support, mentoring and a dedicated Account Management team to enable your work as you smash your call times and close deals.
There no need to power-dress, your monthly revenue will speak for itself, so there’s a permanent dress-down policy in place and, when quarterly targets are hit, there’ s a fully-funded night out to celebrate.
