Based in the West End, this highly successful company are seeking an experienced and CIPD qualified manager to join its expanding team.
The role is very much a generalist one and will revolve around the day-to-day operation task of HR such as employee relations, recruitment, learning and development alongside development projects.
As the HR are relatively new within the business, they are striving to create a culture of client service and engagement. With that in mind they have a “can-do” attitude and are seeking new and innovative solutions to situations so are keen that whoever joins them has a commitment to continuous improvement.
Candidates will be CIPD qualified and be able to demonstrate a generalist HR background. Confident communication skills coupled with a results focussed attitude is a must. Experience within a partnership environment would be highly desirable.
