As a highly admired brand, this firm have dominated the accountancy & finance market in recent years and due to expansion they are looking for like-minded Recruiters to join their team. Over the past few years, their network of successful placements and happy clients has enabled them to develop a trusted status which allows them to now operate on an exclusive basis on many of their accounts. With clients spanning all areas of C&I, your desk will naturally have a bigger remit - internal competition will be a thing of the past!
This role would see you join a team of perm & interim change & transformation specialists and you will focus exclusively on placing your candidates into many different verticals of C&I on a permanent basis. This desk has an impressive client portfolio with a blend of industries and companies of all size (ranging from FTSE 100 to glamorous consumer and retail brands).
This firm believes strongly in offering their staff a great degree of autonomy (you won't feel suffocated here) and they don't over manage on KPI's - instead they set realistic expectations and provide mentoring rather than management. The leadership team here is proactive and ready to support you with your efforts. As a successful company, they are able to continually invest in technology, marketing tools and rewarding their team.

- £30,000 - £40,000 base salary
- Commission to 50%
