Joining this highly credible team, who focus solely on delivering truly consultative recruitment solutions to their impressive and loyal client base, will allow you to take over existing relationships and accounts as well as the freedom to develop further. This firm don't believe in shrinking desks for people as they grow, so you will never have to pass on existing relationships with a contact should they move firm, so over time you retain all of those hard earned relationships and your desk only gets larger, not smaller.
With a very deliberate strategy to choose only the firms they really want to do business with, and without having to sign up to the restrictions of PSL agreements, this firm have built an extensive network of senior level relationships that trust and admire their straight talking approach. Good advice delivered with good intentions and in a non-aggressive manner is what has bought them real loyalty - and as a result a larger of proportion of their work is now retained. With the Directors still proactively winning retainer board level assignments, you will be taking advantage of newly placed and loyal connections that can serve your business.

If successful you can expect to achieve:
- £35,000 - £40,000 base salary
