Due to an internal move, this high profile temp desk is now available for a career-minded Temps Consultant that no only wants to take over (and earn commission on) a £200K temps desk (and that's an average, at peak this desk has produced nearer £300K) with an open opportunity to develop into a Team Leader role in the near future.
This role would see you join a large and busy team in central London focused on servicing long-established clients based in the West End. This desk has an impressive client portfolio with a blend of industries represented and companies of all sizes (including some major corporates and glamorous consumer and retail brands).
This company believe in offering their staff a good degree of autonomy and don't over manage on KPI's. You will also enjoy the benefits of working with a flatter management structure, meaning that expectations are realistic and Directors are hands on and ready to support you through assisting with mentoring, business development, strategy or training. As a successful group this firm have excellent back office and central support services, so your needs in terms of marketing, training, IT and HR will be more than catered for.

- Salary £28,000 - £40,000 (depending on depth of experience and billing profile)
