Joining this boutique (but high profile and big-billing) recruitment agency will see you managing a client portfolio of existing London-based Marketing, PR, Advertising and full marketing service agencies. Placing all levels of digital marketing roles you will be working closely with a Director who not only has awesome market knowledge but is also incredibly well connected. As a result, this team have more of an account manager focus - working with existing repeat clients to manage perm or temp roles.
As you will be working the London market you will find the salaries and the fee percentages / margins are much higher than those usually achieved locally and the candidate market is far more heavily populated. Consultants that have gained some experience already or are perhaps in a resourcing role will be able to generate a lot more commission in this role.

On offer for Recruiters with a minimum of 6-12 months experience is:
- Basic salary £22,000 - £30,000
- Commission scheme paying 10% - 30%
- Bonuses of up to £15k per year in addition to commission
