Divisional Manager - Procurement (US Markets)

The US market in particular is very strong which is why they now seek a dedicated Divisional Manager to take over this territory, from London. With an existing team of 4 you will have full remit to build out the division further with strong longer term options to be involved with the US based operation and/or relocation.
This role will see you join the leadership team and you will be given a transparent set of goals to achieve a Directorship with equity. If you are a proven Team Manager in any area of professional recruitment (specific procurement or US experience would demand higher end packages), then this firm would love to meet you. If successful you can expect to achieve:
- Salary £50,000 - £80,000
- Commission 25% - 40%
