This ambitious outfit seeks some leadership to develop the team of four existing consultants and drive the planned growth.
They offer total autonomy and freedom to a resourceful, driven billing manager who will report directly to the proprietor who also runs a Construction company and needs a trusted lieutenant. Success will see this company increase it’s fees from £1m in 2017/18 to in excess of £5m by 2021 and the Recruiter who joins today will put themselves in pole position to become the Director and ultimately Managing Director of the recruitment business.
You will have worked in recruitment for a minimum of three years and be able to demonstrate a business developing and service delivering track record in the general Construction markets. An understanding of how to scale a successful team and recruitment business is a must but in return you’ll be both supported by a cash-rich investor and simultaneously enabled to take complete control of the day-to-day running of the business.
A comprehensive remuneration package is offered, with a generous basic salary, car allowance, bespoke commission on own billings, plus a highly incentivised team scheme, an annual bonus, 25 days paid holidays (+1 for your birthday!) but as importantly, the scope to shape your own future and become an Executive of a growing, established brand.
