This firm has been established since 2002, but with a recent ownership change and the availability of investment funding, they are looking for an experienced Construction recruiter to operate in their established blue collar Client base. They have four established branches in London and the south and one in S. Wales and the new Regional Operations Manager has vacancies in both his offices.
Applications are sought from ambitious entrepreneurial Recruiters who can demonstrate a capability to build sections and G.P. billing who want greater autonomy and/or the opportunity to lead a team of existing blue collar recruiters. This is a genuine opportunity to either cut your managerial teeth, or if you are already experienced in managing a team, assisting the Board in developing the existing consultants and increasing capacity and coverage by building out headcount to double their existing size over the next eighteen months.
