With ambitions to double it’s headcount in three years, an opportunity is available within a highly successful and ambitious privately owned Agency to manage an existing team of three established white collar Construction sector recruitment consultants, whilst running your own desk and developing the team in size and output. Currently billing is in excess of £350,000 from the team, and the company has strongly developed relationships in building and contracting being tier one suppliers to three of the top five main retail contractors in the sector, and enjoying sole agent status to one. They are especially strong in the retail and banking fit out markets, but are also increasingly successful in the residential, main contracting and sub contracting markets.
They are seeking a Recruitment Team Leader to head their professional team: it is not essential that you come from a construction recruitment background although knowledge of and experience in middle management construction perm or contract supply would be advantageous. This privately owned Agency, established since 2010, has grown to a £10m turnover and a headcount of 28. They current split of business approximately 70% of gross profit results from contract supply and 30% from permanent supply. They have enjoyed 30% year-on-year growth in each of the last four years and are now implementing investment in their staff, team size and in-house training capacities.
You will be able to demonstrate a track record on billing coupled with people development and management skills and in return, a generous, above-average salary and package is on offer: zero thresholds are implemented, and 20% of personal billing is paid above £15,000 in GP monthly. On target earnings are in excess of £90,000 per annum, uncapped, but as important is the transparency with which the business is run and the direct access to the Directors of the business.
