Joining the busy temp & interims division, you will have the choice of working in either generalist HR markets or Internal Recruitment positions across the London market. This desk only requires the skill to establish and build trusted and credible relationships with existing clients. If you really enjoy taking the time to truly understand the requirements and needs for both clients and candidates without feeling torn between this and conducting sales, you'll be hard pushed to find a better opportunity to focus entirely on nurturing relationships. If you can demonstrate at least 12 months experience in HR or another area of professional services recruitment, you can expect to achieve:
- £30,000 - £40,000 base salary
- Up to 30% commission
- Bonuses (quarterly and annual)
