Account Managers (X2)
Love spending time with Clients but not candidate sourcing? This highly successful, sector-leading privately owned, long-established Consultancy has two opportunities to expand their newly formed Client Liaison Consultant team. This company predominantly operates in the F.M. and M&E Services markets.
This role is outward facing 95% of the time. This means it is your job to maximise coverage and supply to a major account by strengthening existing relationships, mapping & developing new relationships by cross selling and networking, establishing pipelined needs, maintaining detailed Client records and finding and qualifying both permanent roles and contract assignments, which a dedicated team of delivery consultants will then source candidates for and fill.
You will need to have a sales-oriented background, but not necessarily as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, be capable of developing business relationships, and take pride in delivering excellent results through managing the recruitment process from lead generation, to vacancy qualification to managing the candidate sourcing experience and on-boarding.
