Recruitment Consultant – Bids Market: Perms X 2
My Client has carved out a niche in the lucrative and uncongested market of sourcing Bids Managers and associated Bids staff, primarily in the private sector but increasingly within the public sector. Roles are a mixture of contingency and retained, exclusive assignments. The level of the positions recruited for are typically salaried at £40,00 – £60,000 for middle management and £70,000 to £90,000 for Bid Managers/Directors.
Clients are typically multi-national Property/Built Environment organisations but increasingly there is demand from a more diverse Client base for sourcing and engaging experienced, skilled marketeers and bids-experienced candidates; this is certainly a growing market.
Consequently, with such outstanding demand for their services, my Client has scope to welcome at least two if not more consultants who are experienced in a a related market place – they do not expect applicants to have operated in this market before – into warm desks in a ‘hot’ existing team of five colleagues, reporting in to the Sector Director.
Based in smart offices in South West London, one minutes walk from the mainline station (less than 20 minutes into Waterloo) attractive salaries are offered alongside an attractive career opportunity. Commission is paid at 10% for the first £10,000 monthly billings and thereafter at 30% of all billings above £10k. A generous starting holiday allowance of 25 days increases every 2 years by a day, up to 30. The contributory pension scheme also starts way above industry average and there are other inclusive perks, such as private health care.
