With virtually no cold business development required, you will be focusing on leveraging existing client accounts placing change, transformation & project professionals into the C&I industry. Whether you currently focus on temp or perm, it doesn't matter as this role gives you the autonomy to pick - whether it's a temp or perm desk, it's yours to own!
You will be part of a smaller but expanding area of specialist recruitment and so you will have a bigger desk, meaning there is no internal competition and you can claim ownership over your roles! The best part is, you will also become a Manager within the change & transformation division - and so if you want to be a leader this is a great role to do just that!

A background of at least 2 years in recruitment within change, transformation or projects and you can expect to achieve:
- £40,000 - £45,000 base salary
- Commission to 35%
- Monthly, quarterly and annual incentives and away days
