Are you an experienced Finance Recruiter that wants to focus on strengthening and deepening existing client relationships rather than constant new business development? This firm enjoys an incredibly high profile across the Financial Services and associated markets in the City and traditionally to date has focused largely on FinTech and Change markets, however their existing client portfolio is consistently providing exclusive roles in typical Qualified and Senior Finance functions and as a result this now represents a unique opportunity for an ambitious Recruiter who wants to gain progress and lead a team.

By leveraging their existing portfolio of clients you will be simply creating your own sub-niche and will be the Lead Consultant on all Finance related roles. The existing volume of incoming roles will keep you busy enough so your focus will largely be directed on candidate networking and generation, but with a little work publicising your capability further to the existing client network should allow you to develop and grow your own team quite rapidly.

This firm have a very structured and highly effective training programme for Graduates so finding great new people for your team won't be a problem and you will have a lot of support in terms of coaching and mentoring.

This role is all about relationships. So to make your mark in this team you will be a natural. Someone who understands the financial services or Accountancy & Finance market and loves meeting people.
