Divisional Manager - Qualified Finance
A highly-respected independent recruitment firm in London, operating solely within the Qualified & Senior Finance market, now seek a Manager to lead and further develop a major part of their business.
Over the past decade this firm have taken significant market share in the qualified & senior finance market in London. With strong connections and track record across all areas of C&I and FS, this team boasts a wide and varied client portfolio without the need for low fee PSL work.
Through their growing team of both temp and perm consultants this team have built a solid profile for delivering high-quality, straight-talking, purpose led recruitment solutions and due to their continued levels of repeat business and new business they wish to further expand their leadership team with the appointment of an experienced Manager to lead a team of 6 - 10 experienced Recruitment Consultants.
This appointment will see you become one of two key Operation Managers in the business each with similar business size and reporting to the MD. With a great deal of autonomy to develop and lead your team in your own style and with your self-design business plan you will have far greater freedom than is typically enjoyed in a more corporate environment. You will also benefit from being mentored by a genuinely engaging and inspirational MD and CEO who will make it their mission to to help you achieve a Directorship with equity.
This role is open to a strong Managing Consultant or Manager with proven ability to lead and build teams while still billing themselves in the short term. Over time your team will grow and allow you to move away from billing and focus purely on management and strategy.
The Directors of this business have powerful profiles within the industry and have strong relationships with stakeholders across the market - something you can trade on from day one. With an established and well-developed database of clients and candidates and some great support in terms of systems, IT, marketing and more you will be able to access everything you need to make you and your team successful.

Rewards available include:
- Salary £45,000 - £65,000
