Recruitment Consultant - Legal

Due to ambitious growth plans this established and highly regarded Legal Firm who focus on recruiting into Private Practice have a number of opportunities for experienced Legal Consultants to join their driven and successful team.
Reporting to the founding Director, you will focus on specific practice areas placing Legal professionals up to and including partner level into Magic Circle, Silver Circle and global firms on both a contingent and retained basis. for those who haven't had previous exposure to retained search you will gain all of the training, support and assistance you could possibly desire.
With the benefit of a dedicated research team and PSL agreements with most magic circle, silver circle and global firms, you couldn't be better placed to reach your full potential in Legal recruitment.

Consultants with a minimum of 12 months experience can expect to achieve:
- Salary to £40k (dependent on experience - higher salaries can be negotiated for more experienced hires)
- Commission to 50%
- Annual super bonus up to £40,000
